The Role:

Aloi is seeking an experienced and strategic Customer Success Manager to join our expanding commercial team. As the first Customer Success Manager at Aloi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer success strategy, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful adoption and expansion of our AI-driven solutions within the legal tech space

Responsibilities:

  • Trusted Advisor: Act as the main contact for key customers, driving platform adoption and demonstrating value.
  • Onboarding: Lead the customer onboarding process for seamless software adoption.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training on Aloi’s products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Support teams to align with customer goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify customer needs and growth opportunities with Aloi’s offerings.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Insights: Monitor usage trends and provide recommendations to optimize success.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Customer Success within a SaaS organization, preferably legal tech.
  • Proven Success: Track record of improving NPS and reducing churn in B2B settings.
  • SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS solutions and customer success best practices.
  • Relationship Building: Experience with senior executives in strategic accounts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and achieve consensus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Language: Fluent in Swedish and English.
