The Role:
We’re seeking a highly ambitious and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the charge in transforming legal workflows through cutting-edge AI solutions. Responsibilities:

- Shape the technical direction and foundation of Aloi, working closely with the founding team.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and scaling of our solutions.
- Lead the development of high-quality, scalable AI-driven applications from conception to deployment.
Technical Background:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. Exceptional candidates with proven track records are also welcome.
- Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (such as Python, C++, Go) and familiarity with AI frameworks and tools.
- A proven track record of successful, innovative, and impactful software development projects.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI services and data processing.
- Contributions to open-source projects related to AI, machine learning, or innovative software solutions.
- Experience with distributed computing for scaling AI solutions and managing large datasets.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with the legal industry and its unique challenges.
